Our commitment
We aim for the site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA and the European standard EN 301 549, and we keep improving it.
Conformance status
The site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA: some content does not fully meet the requirements yet (see below).
What we have done
- Every page starts with a "Skip to content" link that jumps over the navigation.
- The language of the pages is declared, so screen readers read them correctly.
- Text and buttons meet the minimum contrast of 4.5:1.
- Every field in the cart and checkout has a label, and errors are shown as text, not only by colour.
- Images have text alternatives; rows that scroll sideways can also be scrolled with the keyboard.
- Animations and videos do not move by themselves when your device is set to reduce motion.
Known limitations
- Some product videos have no captions or audio description yet.
- The links to our Amazon listings lead to Amazon, whose accessibility this statement does not cover.
- On 16 October 2026 the main pages (home, products, cart, checkout, articles, FAQ) passed an automated WCAG 2.1 AA check and what it found was fixed. A manual check with a screen reader and with a keyboard only has not been done yet.
