Heat the milk
Warm 1L of fresh milk to 43–45°C (109–113°F) — or bring to a boil if non-pasteurized.

Add the sachet
Pour in one 1g sachet and stir gently for 3–4 minutes to distribute the cultures evenly.

Ferment 7–8h
Use a yogurt maker at 42–43°C, or wrap in a blanket and leave undisturbed for 7–8 hours.
Refrigerate & enjoy
Cool at 8–10°C for 6–7 hours to set texture. Serve with fruit, oats, or honey.
