Cancel your order

You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order. You do not need to give a reason.

Write to [email protected] with:

• your order number (for example PAM-100001),
• your name and the email you ordered with,
• which products you are returning (all of them, or which ones).

We confirm every cancellation by email — that email is your proof — and refund to the card you paid with. Send the unopened boxes to ARFA ES LTD, 3 eng. Stoimen Sarafov Str., 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria.
