Shipping & delivery

Orders ship from our warehouse in Sofia, Bulgaria, usually within 1–2 working days, and are delivered in Ireland by An Post, tracked to your door — usually in 4–8 working days. The sachets are dry and need no cooling in transit.

From this site we deliver to addresses in Ireland only. Prices are in euros and include VAT; the delivery price is shown again at checkout before you order. You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. No customs charges are due on delivery: the parcel travels inside the EU.

Tracking

You receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Express delivery

In a hurry? Choose DHL Express at checkout: usually 3–5 working days after dispatch, for €13.99. Express delivery is never free.
