Seller

These terms apply to orders placed on pambiotic.com/ie. The seller is ARFA ES LTD, 3 eng. Stoimen Sarafov Str., 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria, company number (UIC) 205173951, EU VAT ID BG205173951, email [email protected], phone +359 877 900 982.

Orders

You order at the end of the checkout with the button "Order with obligation to pay"; before it you can check and correct everything you entered. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email — the confirmation contains the order details and the link to these terms.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT; delivery is added as shown on the Shipping page and at checkout. You pay when you order, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on the secure payment page of Stripe. We ship once the payment has gone through.

Delivery

To addresses in Ireland, with An Post — times and costs on the Shipping page and at checkout.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal — see Right of withdrawal and Returns & refunds.

Legal guarantee

You have the legal guarantee of conformity: we are liable for any lack of conformity that exists when the goods are delivered and becomes apparent within two years of delivery (Directive (EU) 2019/771, as it applies under Bulgarian law and under the law of the country where you live). Write to us and we replace the product or refund you, at no cost to you. This does not limit any other right the law gives you.

The food information is shown on every product page and printed on each box. Please read the allergen information: the cultures are used with milk.

Complaints and disputes

Write to us first at [email protected] — we answer within two working days, and most things are solved quickly. If we cannot agree, the European Consumer Centre in Ireland (ECC-Net) helps free of charge with a dispute with a trader in another European country, and you can turn to the consumer protection authority in Ireland or to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg). You can always go to court.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. This does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory law of the country where you live.
